Jerudong Park Medical Centre, JPMC, commemorated World Social Work Day, 2nd April morning, to celebrate social workers who tirelessly work to support the community, especially those who are in need. The event, held at Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, PJSC, reflected JPMC's commitment to fostering compassion, unity, and service within the community.

In attendance was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health as Chairperson of Board of Directors and Executive Director of JPMC. Doctor Muhd Hiza Wardy bin Haji Abdul Halim, Director of General Medical Services of JPMC, in his welcoming remarks emphasised the vital role of social work in bridging divides and nurturing care. Also held was the presentation of appreciation certificates and Hari Raya hampers.
